Communications regarding legal assistance or representation, and the documents relating to the lawyer–client relationship, are protected by the lawyer's professional secrecy and are governed by Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the profession of lawyer, separately from the processing described below.

2.1. Server logs. The site is hosted by Netlify. On each visit, the hosting infrastructure records technical data such as the IP address, the browser (user-agent), the page requested and the time of access.

- Retention: for the period necessary for security and operation, in accordance with the hosting provider's practices.

2.3. Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we process the data contained in your message (name, contact details and the content of the message) in order to respond. Please note that the contact form on the site does not transmit data to our servers — it simply opens your own email application so that you send the message through your own email provider.

5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and not to be subject to an automated decision. Data relating to a legal assistance contract or a firm case file is governed by the legislation specific to the profession of lawyer and by the applicable statutory retention obligations; for these documents, the right to erasure is exercised within the limits of those obligations.

6. Security
The site uses HTTPS, is hosted on infrastructure with protection against attacks, and is kept up to date. Access to administration is restricted and protected. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours in accordance with art. 33 GDPR, and will inform you directly if the risk is high, in accordance with art. 34 GDPR.

5. Drepturile dumneavoastră

6. Securitate
Site-ul folosește HTTPS, este găzduit pe o infrastructură cu protecție împotriva atacurilor și este actualizat periodic. Accesul la administrare este restricționat și protejat.
